VitaFlow Liberty™, developed by MicroPort®, is designed for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) to treat severe aortic stenosis, a condition where narrowing of the aortic valve limits blood flow from the heart. The system enables minimally invasive valve replacement, avoiding open-heart surgery.
It features the world’s first motorized delivery system, enabling precise and controlled placement with the ability to recapture and reposition during deployment. Its flexible 360° design ensures easy positioning, and the valve can be fully retrieved and repositioned even when released to 75%, offering up to three retrieval opportunities per procedure.
Its hybrid cell density frame provides flexibility, preserves coronary access, and ensures secure anchoring across diverse anatomies.
A double-layer PET skirt helps prevent paravalvular leaks, and VITAL-X™ technology protects the valve leaflets from calcification for extended durability.
